Return & Refund Policy
- Return Eligibility: We support 30-day free return and exchange services. Customers can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the goods if the product is unused, undamaged, with original packaging and complete accessories.
- Non-Returnable Situation: Products damaged by personal use, man-made damage, missing original packaging or accessories, and customized products do not support return and exchange. Daily consumables that have been opened and used are not eligible for return.
- Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund within 3-7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
- Defective Products: For products with quality problems, damage or wrong delivery on our side, we will bear the return shipping fee and provide full refund, free replacement or partial compensation according to the situation.
- Return Shipping Fee: For personal reason returns, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee; for quality problems or our errors, we will bear all shipping costs
